    At Open Text we recognize that ECM successes depend on many factors, but the dedication of our customers is essential.     What is GlobalStar?

    GlobalStar is a customer loyalty program that allows Open Text to say "thank you" to our customers and give back to the ECM community. GlobalStar allows us to show our gratitude through an exchange of 'participation for points.' In other words, the more a customer participates in the various GlobalStar activities, the more points a customer earns towards Open Text offerings. It is that simple.

    How do I collect GlobalStar points and what may I use them for?

    Your participation as a representative for Open Text will allow you to accrue points in various ways. Here are some examples:

    What are the GlobalStar Awards?

    GlobalStar further recognizes our members and their participation in the program at the annual user conference, Content World, through two award presentations:

    • GlobalStar Enterprise Awards

      - Awarded to enterprises whose outstanding efforts through the innovative and successful deployment of ECM have exemplified the true value of Open Text solutions.

    • GlobalStar ECM Champion Awards

      - Awarded to individual customers who have continuously championed ECM solutions both within and beyond their organizations.
